Membership and the book
Join PHOENIX. Discover the book.
Two separate choices, clear arrangements
Would you like to join the association or discover Je me suis relevé? Find the membership steps and information about the book here.
Membership to take part in PHOENIX’s activities
Membership is intended for people wishing to participate in the association’s work and activities. Applications are made in writing and reviewed by the Board under the association’s rules.
First membership: €50
A one-time €25 joining fee and a €25 annual membership fee.
Renewal: €25 per year
The annual fee supports membership renewal under the association’s rules. This page does not set up automatic debits.
The annual fee covers the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December. Under the internal rules, new members pay the full annual fee regardless of their admission date.
Exemptions may be granted under the statutes and internal rules. Contact us to learn about the arrangements without attaching tax records to your first message.
Your application, step by step
1. Submit your request
Write to the President of PHOENIX with your name, a safe way to reply and your interest in the association.
2. Have your request reviewed
The Board reviews admission under the association’s rules. Applicable conditions are clarified before any payment.
3. Pay after approval
After Board approval, request the bank transfer instructions. Membership becomes official once the amounts due are received, under the internal rules.
An initial message does not constitute admission or payment. Keep a copy of your request and the instructions received.
Read the statutes and internal rules
You can also propose a donation, separate from membership and the book. Fundraising is being prepared.
Pay by bank transfer after approval
After Board approval, contact PHOENIX for bank transfer instructions: the amount, recipient and payment reference. The association’s contact person will explain what is needed to make the payment.

Before you commit
Does sending a message make me a member?
No. The Board reviews membership applications. Membership requires approval followed by payment under the association’s rules.
Is the book included in the membership fee?
This page presents two separate choices and does not offer a combined package. Membership fees and the book’s planned price are shown separately.
Do I need to send personal documents at the first contact?
No. Your name, a safe way to reply and a few words about your request are enough to begin. Any documents needed later will be discussed through appropriate arrangements.
